Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item in its original packaging to start the return process.
Receive Return Authorization
Once approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions for your furniture.
Schedule Pickup or Shipping
Pack the item securely in its original box; we will coordinate a professional freight pickup for large items or provide a label for smaller accessories.
Quality Inspection and Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the item to ensure it is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
